Appeals and Complaints

APPEALS MANAGEMENT

 

Anyone who wants to express explicitly and documented the non-acceptance of decisions adopted by CERTY CEQ Srl , and intends to appeal, must follow the following instructions :

Appeals must be directed to the Chief Executive  within 30 days of formal receipt by the Organization of CERTY CEQ Srl’s decision. CERTY CEQ Srl notify in writing the receipt of the appeal within 10 days.

So the Chief Executive shall make a finding about and provide a written response to the organization within 90 days to communicate the outcome of investigation and the related decisions.

Any disputes that may arise is returned to the judgment of a referee , two referees are chosen by the two parties among experts while the third is chosen by the first two or, failing agreement , by the Court of Catania.

 

COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT

 

Anyone who wishes to send a complaint for any reason, can use the mod. G2-11, downloaded from the web site, and send it to CERTY CEQ Srl by fax (n. 0957228554) or e-mail (info@certyceq.it).

For each claim, in cases where the complaint is well-founded, CERTY CEQ Srl will prepare and send a reply to the complainant within 20 days of receipt.

All claims / disputes / appeals will be submitted to the view of the Guarantee Committee for the due consideration, comments and possible resolutions.
